Our story

From the terraces to the classroom

“The Ospreys badge opens doors that stay shut to almost everyone else. Our job is to walk through them with the whole community — not just the people who already love rugby.”

— Head of Community Programmes, Ospreys in the Community

What began as coaching sessions run alongside the professional club became an independent charity in 2016. Today our team delivers education, health and inclusion programmes across the region every week of the year.
